Made to order
Most of our products are printed after you order, so they need a few business days to be made before they ship.

Shipping rates and times
Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking.

Where we ship
We ship within the United States and to many countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.

International orders
Customs duties, taxes and import fees charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Address problems
Please check your shipping address carefully. If an order comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, contact us and we'll work it out.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email lack@lacklustervideo.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
