DISCLAIMER - PLEASE READ: I've purchased more than 40 dash cameras over the past 3 years to find one that is decent enough to work for $50 or less. This is it.

For everyone else, that can't afford to spend hundreds on a dashcam, but also cannot afford to not have a dashcam, this has been the best version of a cheap option so far. The video quality is good, but certainly not the best on the market. However, it is comparable to several others that I have purchased in the $100-$200+ range.

The only feature I wish this had is GPS. I'll keep looking!

TLDR - THIS IS NOT THE BEST DASHCAM ON THE MARKET, BUT IT WORKS WELL ENOUGH TO SAVE YOUR BOOTY, AND IS CHEAP ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE'S BUDGET!

What Copyright Permissions are You Providing Us?

By uploading your video, you are certifying the following: 1. You made the video and thus own the copyright in the video; 2. You grant us an exclusive license for the life of the copyright of the video to use the video as we see fit, including allowing unlimited public access to the video in any form, whether edited or unedited, providing commentary and criticism of the events shown in the video, and creating derivative works therefrom.

Can You be Attributed for Letting Us Use the Video? If you would like to be identified in the video, we will attribute the unedited video to you either within the video itself, or in the video notes.

Can You Change Your Mind and Terminate Permission to Use the Uploaded Video? As copyright owner of the video, you are able to terminate the license you have provided us to use the video in its original ie non-edited form provided you follow the steps outlined below. However, any derivative works created by us, including but not limited to use of edited portions of the video with and without commentary and criticism, are permitted by law to continue use under the terms of the original license, but no new derivative works may be made after termination. Continued use of any derivative works may also fall under the Fair Use Doctrine of the Copyright Act, where criticism and commentary are permitted without the permission or license of the copyright owner.

We will contact you via your provided contact information and will blur out identifying facial features as directed by you. By uploading your video, you agree that this is sufficient to protect your privacy. Nevertheless in the event that your identity becomes public by our use of the video, you agree that there is no invasion of privacy by our use of your video and that all events shown were public at the time the video was taken and thus there was no reason to believe you had any privacy rights in the first place.
